An important process in the success of the ticket program will be the printing and distribution of tickets. Approximately 2 months prior to the Event a printing/fulfilment vendor will receive files from the Organizer with account & order information. Art files for the ticket design and layout will be provided by the Organizer on a mutually agreed upon schedule determined by the printing/fulfilment vendor and the ticketing service supplier. The printing/fulfilment vendor will print all appropriate information on the tickets and insert them into packages by account holder for delivery. This will be applicable for souvenir tickets only. Also printing/fulfilment vendor will be responsible for printing blanks for thermal tickets with all necessary elements for counterfeit protection.

The Organizer will consider the option of selecting a vendor for printing of ticket stock, imprinting and fulfilment of all tickets sold until certain time before the Event.
