English to Russian Medical Medical (general)

If the Services require the SUBCONSULTANT’s personnel to be present at the PROJECT site, SUBCONSULTANT will certify to CH2M HILL, prior to entering into this AGREEMENT (or at such time as that this AGREEMENT is modified to include Services requiring the SUBCONSULTANT’s personnel to be present at the PROJECT site), that it implements a drug policy which meets CH2M HILL’s minimum standards for a drug-free workplace, which standards are incorporated into the AGREEMENT by this reference (“Standards”). CH2M HILL may conduct reasonable searches, including random searches, of SUBCONSULTANT’s employees and employees of its Lower Tier Subconsultants and Subcontractors and may require and receive the results of a 10-panel drug screen and blood alcohol tests for any employee of SUBCONSULTANT or its Lower Tier Subconsultants.
