True, but still If my wild guess is right, both Métier et compétences and Profil requis would probably actually mean something quite different than the suggested answers. The lack of context is not doing anyone any good.

If this is the title for “Métier et compétences”, then I suspect that Métier is probably not Occupation. Occupation doesn’t seem to make much sense whether it’s a CV or an HR doc. (And if I’m allowed to make a wild guess, I’d say this looks like a job ad.)

Document? Context? The translation for an HR document might be a little different from one for a CV. We really need to know more about it. Is it a title or is it within a sentence?
