When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Sorry, I do not know how to change my questions' settings, I am a new user.
Thanks to those who reclassified this request from non-pro to pro.

Kontext: la macerazione post-fermentaria (delle uve) avviene ad una temperatura piuttosto elevata

Nach der Fermentierung

bei der Übersetzung dieses Begriffes kommt es natürlich auf den ganzen Satz an... Ohne ausreichenden Kontext ist es immer schwierig, eine 100%ige Übersetzung zu finden. Daher bitte immer den Begriff auch im Satzzusammenhang einstellen.

oder einfach "nach der Fermentierung" (kommt auf den Satzbau an)

Dieser Fabrikationsvorgang und die daraufhin einsetzende Nachfermentation der "Kuchen" sind entscheidend für die Milde, das Aroma und die Farbe des Tabaks.
