Here's the 4th term I have a question about in this paragraph. At first I thought it was "work", but then when the person says to "buy a "faena", I lost the whole reference:

Faena (Glysophate herbicide)
Yes, he's talking about things growing "va crecer" so he wants to get rid of the weeds. This particular weedkiller is supposed to be kind to wildlife, bees, ladybirds etc but it's made by Monsanto who are also responsible for a lot of GM sees production.
