This is a report on inspections of wind turbine shaft alignments. I'm not clear about the exact meaning and translation of "ligne" in the heading:
Synthèse de l’Etat de** l’alignement ligne** d’arbre rapide du site ****
What follows is simply a list of sites with with vertical / horizontal alignment corrections to be made, if any.
