which is sure to impress anyone who uses it

Or:

which cannot fail to impress anyone who uses it
which will surely impress anyone who uses it

The problem with the word "impact" is that, by itself, it is a value-neutral term. Earthquakes and crimes "have an impact." The Spanish here clearly seems to suggest that that the "impression" or "impact" on the consumer who uses the product in question will be positive.

Suerte.

which will have an impact on anyone who uses it

Just a suggestion. Perhaps even 'make an impression' instead of 'have an impact'.
