continuous sound pressure level
'Scalldruckpegel' is 'sound pressure level' from Cornelsne, Techniches Wórterbuch Machinenbau/Anlagetehcnik/Umwelttechnik
(PS: 'A-bewertetede' is 'A-weighted' (this refers to a weighting curve that approximates human hearing sensitivity). Using 'A-weighted' and 'dB(A) in the same sentence is by the way somewhat redundant.

I know you chose an answer already, but I think 'sustained acoustic presure level' sounds more on the level of the document.

Ditto, but dB (decibells) measure sound intensity, which is an energy per whatever, but is not a pressure, which is a force per unit area. The word Druck means pressure, but in this context you should use intensity. The concept of Dauerschall is the loudness allowed as a background, exclusive uf occasional sound bursts. Nan
