The Chairman further reported that to the knowledge of the Company there were at the date of the Meeting no "pandrechthounders" nor "vruchtgebruikers" in respect of any of the shares of the Company, who would be entitled to cast the vote in such shares and that therefore the Shareholder in attendance could cast his votes, and that no depository receipts for shares in the Company have been issued with the company's concurrence.
