Je m'y connais peu en droit et ne suis pas absolument certaine de ma traduction, mais j'ose tout de même avancer l'idée que le "shall" de l'expression qui nous pose problème est à lier au "be valid and binding" que l'on retrouve un peu plus loin. Il ne reste donc plus qu'à traduire "the same as" tout simplement par un "de même" ou "il en ira de même" suivant la façon dont vous traduirez la suite.
