Italian term

esitare

Italian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
This term appears in a procedure in various forms:
Caricamento dei dati relativi alle pratiche con prezzi esitati.
Inserimento a sistema del buon esito della gara (esitazione).
Assicura il corretto e tempestivo inserimento a sistema dei dati riferiti ai contratti, agli ordini e alle gare esitate sul sistema.
I'm not quite sure what it means. Can anyone help me out here please.

Il mio dizionario dice anche che in gergo commerciale non comune "esitare" vuole dire "to sell, to dispose of". I hope this can be of help

Significa che hanno / hanno avuto un esito (outcome, result), credo

I don't think you will find a one word answer here Hilary. These are really just some possibilities among many.

Saw the first phrase, I'd say:
con prezzi esitati - established costs

as you see, the word changes slight meaning, but this refers to competitions (bande di gara) that are closed on bids, thsu the job/order is assigned to a company or bid participant.

to result

The best word I can find to match all of the ways it appears in the question is to result.

1. Caricamento dei dati relativi alle pratiche con prezzi resitati. → resulting (unit) prices

2. Inserimento a sistema del buon esito della gara (esitazione). → result, resultant (tender)

3. Assicura il corretto e tempestivo inserimento a sistema dei dati riferiti ai contratti, agli ordini e alle gare esitate sul sistema. → resulting values, tender results

In fact, I personally would substitute bid for each use of 'result':

to result → to bid
resulting prices → bids, bid prices
result → bid
resultant → bid, as bid
resulting values → bids
tender results → tender bids

Bid noun, verb; in that case → offerta a una gara d'appalto, offrire, fare offerta di appalto, ecc..
Example sentence:

Tender results can be reported at regular management meetings so that all ... [web source]

Experience shows that when increased requirements are added, the resulting tender prices are higher. [web source]

to release

qui "esitare" = "fare uscire"/"rilasciare" = to issue/to release
