Je trouve sur le Web ceci, qui concerne d'autres sociétés que mon échantillon de test:
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, majority approval of *** shareholders and
other customary conditions.

Apparemment, il y a donc un terme consacré pour ces "customary conditions", mais je ne le trouve pas, et de toute façon, ce test de traduction n'est pas dans mon domaine de spécialité! Toute aide sera donc la bienvenue. Merci par avance.
