LITEWALL is a type of this stuff. Do a google search and you should find a wealth of information. While it IS insulated, it also conforms to ISO standards. See the link.

Abbreviation for Isolierglas / Isolierverglasung

The mention of ISO in the ref. given by JCCantrell is for quality certification to ISO 9001 (!!) and has absolutely nothing to do with Iso-verglast.

Isolierverglasung = thermopane glazing, as suggested by Cilian.
