: Lacking further context or the original English text, this seems most likely. If our assumption about it being a company name in an address, then Leonardo's Spanish version is excellent as a translation.

Thanks Richard. As for Leonardo's translation, I don't quite agree actually, as "estate" was translated as "state" (a country), whereas in my opinion "estate" means an area.
