Job shadowing
Job shadowing can commence at one of two points in the job training process. One of the most common is to assign the new hire to an established employee on the first day. The new hire may spend one to five days following the routine of the employee, learning general job responsibilities, observing how the tasks are carried out, and getting some insight into methods that allow for efficient handling of the job.

Job shadowing is also a term used for when students accompany a worker for a day to observe the person while he/she is working to find out more about a profession that the student is interested in for the future.
But job shadow training is a term for on the job training involving a newly hired person and an experienced worker.

Discussion
Difficult to know without any context whether it's simply working in pairs (my children are often made to work "en binôme" at school) or an experienced person helping another. I assumed that latter because it was all about training, but I always find that the best solution in case of doubt or ambiguity is to ask the customer.
