Where joint holders are registered holders of a share or shares then in the event of the death of any joint holder or holders the remaining joint holder or holders shall be absolutely entitled to the said shares and the Corporation shall recognise no claim in respect of the estate of any joint holder except in the case of the **last survivor** of such joint holder.

The joint holder of a share may transfer such share to any one or more such joint holders, and the joint holders of two or more shares may transfer such shares or any or either of them to one or more of such joint holders, and the **surviving holder** or holders of any share or shares previously held by them jointly with a deceased member may transer any such share to the executors or administrators of such deceased member.
