OK, vad ca exista opinii pro si contra.
Gasiti pe siteul Price http://www.pwc.com/ie/en/customs/duty-relief-schemes.jhtml diferitele tipuri de facilitati si inlesniri la plata taxelor vamale.
De asemenea, pt inlesnirile speciale, de ex, exista facilitati (inlesniri) total si partiale, cele partiale constand in plata unor taxe reduse (3%). http://www.pwc.com/en_IE/ie/customs/assets/special_duty_reli...
Asa stand lucrurile, probabil ca facilitati/inlesniri este termenul cel mai potrivit, scutire conducand mai degraba la ideea lipsei totale de obligatii in ceea ce priveste plata taxelor vamale, ceea ce nu se poate spune intotdeauna despre "relief".
