English to German Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) SAP

Weiß jemand, wie man in SAP auf Deutsch die sog. Work Tickets nennt? Es gibt zwar hier schon einen Eintrag (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_german/engineering:_ind... aber ich weiß nicht, ob man das verwenden kann. SAP hat ja eine eigene Terminologie. Leider hilft mir das SAP-Lexikon http://www.saptranslation.com/ auch nicht weiter. Kontext kann ich liefern, weiß aber nicht, ob das Sinn hat, denn wie gesagt, es steht ja in der Maske ein Begriff, und den soll ich wiedergeben. Vielen Dank im Voraus!
