Hola a todos, aparece en un contrato, en el apartado CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISTRIBUTOR, en el siguiente párrafo:
In case of a suspected malfunction or troubleshoot in connection with the Products anywhere in the Territory, the Distributor will send his qualified personnel to diagnose the malfunction on site and to detect and replace the malfunctioning part (on a board level). The defective part is to be send to XXX for replacement with a new one. If the product is in warranty, there shall be no charge for the part. If the product is not in warranty, the charge for the part shall be in accordance to company's price list for spare parts plus shipping and handling.

O sea, que si un componente de una placa está defectuoso, no se van a poner a reemplazar ese componente, sino que reemplazarán toda la tarjeta/placa en la que se encuentra el componente.

: De nivel de tarjeta. O sea, si la falla viene de la tarjeta (e.j. la tarjeta madre: Mother board), se puede hacer el reemplazo. Sin embargo, si la falla es de las partes como mecánicas (e.j. plástico), no se va a hacer el reemplazo

Hm... Quizá, pero realmente podría ser también de placas de funciones adicionales, placas de un PLC, placas de vídeo o de red.... ¡Gracias por el agree!
