English term

of which I may die seized or possessed

English to Polish Law/Patents Law (general)
Last Will and Testament:

I grant to my executor the following authority:
to sell, exchange, partition or otherwise dispose of any property, real or personal, of which I may die seized or possessed, or which may at time form part of my estate, or any Trust created hereunder, at public or private sale, for such purposes and upon such terms, including sales on credit, with or without security, in such manner and at such prices, as he may deem advisable.

Dziękuję z góry za pomoc.

w moim posiadaniu / władaniu

Antyczny zwrot, który oznacza nabycie prawa do nieruchomości.

It comes from "seizin" - a form of ownership. It is not having an estate in land, but a way of gaining one, such as through adverse possession (acquiring land without the consent of the paper owner, by working it).

English term (edited): any property, real or personal, of which i may die seized or possessed
