Hi Noha, you said that the term is in Lebanese slang. If you see me limping and you ask about what happened. My answer would be meaning "Sprained ankle."
The term دعسة ناقصة is not only used in slang, check this for example,

You may translate it in such a context as "false step" but you would not have posted it as a question nor needed any help :)
So my answer was based on the slang use of the term not the literal which is quite obvious.
