u pripremi
In this context, it should be translated as : "u pripremi".
Otherwise, it is usually translated as "u izgradnji", or : "se gradi".
Ova stranica je u pripremi:This page is under construction.

The literal meaning of \"u pripremi\" is: \"in preparation\".
It sounds very unnatural in Serbian if you say that a page is \"u konstrukciji\" or \"u izgradnji\".
\"Stranica\" (a page) in Serbian \"se priprema\" (transl. \"is under construction\", lit. \"is in preparation\" ), but not \"se konstruise\" or \"se gradi\". In Serbian, you may construct a bridge, building, highway and the like, but not a page. No way!
That is why the most appropriate translation in your case is:
\"u pripremi\", or : \"Ova stranica je u pripremi\" (for : \"This page is under construction\").
I also provided you with the above link to a translator\'s (and interpreter\'s) web page, so that you may see how they had translated English web terms into Serbian, trying to adequately convey the spirit of the language.
On the other hand, should you come across the phrases such as:
\"This bridge/highway is under construction\", the most appropriate translation would be:
\"Ovaj most/autoput je u izgradnji\" or: \"Ovaj most/autoput se gradi\". \"U konstrukciji\" is simply not used.
Hope this helps.

u izradi/izgradnji
negde piše i "pod konstrukcijom", ali meni lično to ne zvuči baš lepo

u pripremi
ako se radi o gradjevinarstvu, onda je, naravno, "u izgradnji"
