Well, normally
you see Select language/Sprache wählen and then a dropdown next to/unter it. In the dropdown, you see the individual languages.

If you only want to point out that the page the user is going to call up is in German, I\'d put (deutsch) behind the link.

: if it's only an icon or a menu,simply render it as "Deutsch" otherwise "deutsche Version" will do
