call-off orders
I think this was previously covered in an English-English question, blanket orders from Feb 12 2006. Basically, there is a blanket order for multiple deliveries which allow for a series of release orders , one calls off the positions as required, steel for the foundations, base, first floor etc. The main order contains every position.
