French term

propos virulents

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) written warning
Part of a written warning in repsect of inappropriate behaviour during a meeting, in which the person is accused of:
vous avez tenu des propos virulents à l’égard de Mme X, sans laisser la possibilité d’avoir un échange constructif.
It's important I get the correct tone here, as the person involved will no doubt dispute any false accusations. Also, i ned an answer before lunchtime (*British time)!!

neutral Dr Lofthouse : 'virulent' is not the appropriate term - 'scathing' is OK
