Riham Samir (asker) Nov 23, 2009:
Thank you very very much Osama for your persistence to help and many thanks to Ms.Nadia Ayoub who contacted her uncle to find the right term. Thank you both again. I really appreciate your great help
Osama Shahin Nov 22, 2009:
Riham ... I contacted Ms. Nadia Ayoub, who in turn contacted her uncle in the states. He has been a consultant to insurance companies and he came up with this translation "undeclared endorsement". She attached the following link as a reference:

Hope that helps. Many thanks to Ms. Nadia for her keenness to help.
Osama Shahin Nov 22, 2009:
well Riham, in such case bounced won't be the word. As I understand it this item in the agreement seems ambiguous. I guess the word مرتد should mean something differently
Riham Samir (asker) Nov 22, 2009:

Osama Shahin Nov 22, 2009:
ملاحق here can't mean ancillary buildings, facilities or extension to a property. The context doesn't reflex that meaning
Mahmoud Basal Nov 22, 2009:
It may mean an extension to a property or a building which in turn may affect the insurance status. I am not sure though!!
Osama Shahin Nov 21, 2009:
Riham, as you can see I my confidence was just 3. Considering the term "bounced check" I guess this could be typically used in this context.
