Ова би биле дефинициите за outsourcing. За жал, многу често го сретнувам преводниот еквивалент аутсорсинг, што мене лично воопшто не ми се допаѓа.

FYI: Французите овој процес го нарекуваат externalisation (термин што се користи и кај нас - http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en-GB&q=екстернализација&s... ).
