Nothing in le présent Contrat shall constitute a warranty by xx
that there are currently no infringements of any of the xx Marks or IP Rights within the
Territory, that the use of the xx Marks throughout the territoire will not infringe the rights of
any third party or that there are no prior or other legal users of the xx Marks in addition to
xx throughout the Territory, or that trademark registrations shall be secured in the xx
Marks throughout the Territory
