How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

By the way, if you search the term "cahier des charges" in wikipedia and from there go to the English link you fall on the "Scope Statement" entry.
| Here the author has used scope and not statement here is another quote "Each SoW shall contain, among other things, a description of Services to be performed by BWIR, the duration of time in which to perform the Services, the pricing model including any special terms and conditions, CLIENT’s formal authorization of the Work and BWIR’s acknowledgement of the scope of such Work to be performed." Does it look like a statement to you? Scope for me corresponds to étendue, and statement to énoncé. Cahier des charges might be a way out! |

I consulted the Kudoz database, there are a few suggestions like étendue des travaux, énoncé des travaux. which one of those fits here, or something else?
