I found this: "Codes in the range V01 to Y98 are never used as a primary diagnosis. These codes are intended to support the primary diagnosis (normally a code beginning S or T) by giving information about the cause of injuries and poisonings (eg V37 indicates 'Occupant of three-wheeled motor vehicle injured in collision with fixed or stationary object')." so ignore this entry (might be useful for other purposes though)

Discussion
V43 is icd code for joint replacement (<http://www.icd9data.com/2007/Volume1/V01-V86/V40-V49/V43/V43... but the abbreviation 'ICD' is universal, so I don' t understand what 'MKCH ' stands for ???

V43 - Car occupant injured in collision with car, pick-up truck or van
I have an excel file with all the classifications on - it comes in great help when doing this sort of thing. How can I send it to you?
