Criminal record
From a French criminal record. It seems that some types of conviction should go into this "bulletin". Any idea how to render this into English?
Context:
Relevé des condemnations devant figurer au bulletin numéro 3 en appication de l'art. 777 du code de procédure pénale

section number 3
This is the section of the "casier judiciaire" (criminal record) where only more severe offenses and crimes are noted.

List No 3
Actually I would put this as List No. 3 instead of record no. 3. It is actually stating that it's a list of crimes committed the person committed. It shall be used as an exhibit against the person in any future offense and/or trial. It's considered as a list of convictions and/or all crimes person committed in the past.

Bulletin No 3
Bulletin No 3 is the "extrait de casier judiciaire" which cannot be directly translated into English because it's a French legal term. The approximate translation would be French Certificate of Good Conduct.

A certificate of good conduct is a police records check. For example, you may have lived abroad. On your return to the UK, a future employer may need evidence that you have no criminal record: this is what you will need to apply for.
