Vine bower or vine arbour Not being a regular member, I nay not put my agree under the peers`answers. that´s why I comment in this colum. The essential thing here is the term <Vine>, Thus, vine bower or vine arbour is fine. <covered >, to my thinking, is not necessary.

Vine-covered pergola

I'm not sure if pergola is strictly AE, but I tend to use it more to describe such constructions.

I do, IMO this is a place where you can sit and sip a glass of wine surrounded by vines as opposed to the bar proper
