I think that this hero means the strong point (e.g. of the company), so พระเอก or จุดแข็ง should be a good messenger.

This isn't a great translation, but it at least gets some of the meaning across. I'd like to better convey the time-saving nature of efficiency, but I'm not sure what Thai word does that. Suggestions are welcome.
