Glossary entry (derived from question below)
French term or phrase:
les documents d'urbanisme
English translation:
planning documents
French term
les documents d'urbanisme
"...tenir compte de celles [des risques et périls] qui pourraient être révélées par les documents d'urbanisme."
To my English ears, "urbanism" is general town planning, but this refers to records about this particular piece of non-urban property (a rural property in France). Is there a proper term for them?

Non-PRO (1): writeaway
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

And to confirm that this applies to non-urban areas:

local search information (England & Wales)
----------------------
What is a local Search? (from http:///www.tmbc.gov.uk)
A local search forms part of the conveyancing process and is carried out to ascertain if there are any matters affecting a specific property or piece of land, such as any restrictions which a prospective purchaser would want to know about before they decide to go ahead with a purchase. A local search will generally consist of both a search in the statutory register and other specific information about the property.
The Council maintains the statutory Register of Local Land Charges. It includes details about restrictions on the use of the property. A search of the statutory register will reveal all the entries registered against the property, for example conditional planning permissions and tree preservation orders. These charges are binding on successive owners of the property or land.
In addition to the search of the register, we can also answer a series of questions about the property on forms CON29 Required (CON29R) and CON29 Optional (CON29O). These collate information from various other parts of the Council and information given to the Council by other bodies, including Kent County Council and the Environment Agency. This includes information about things which are not included in the statutory register.
The search result will be specific to the area you have asked us to search.
relating to the title and tenure of the property, local search information and the. property\'s energy performance.
