marketing strategy
This is a marketing campaign involving a "giro d'italia" which is swum not cycled. The is to raise environmental awareness about the seas and the coastlines.
I know what it means, but would appreciate any contributions as to a good way of framing it. I'll probably leave "Giro d'Italia" untranslated (but await your opinions).
TIA

: I know this is VERY late, but I like it a lot. The only problem is if you would need to actually incorporate "giro d'italia" somewhere in there.

Or: "Giro d'Italia: take the plunge!"
Ciao Paul, not sure this fits (I'm thinking about the possible negative connotations of that "plunge") but I couldn't resist!
Cheers!

The standard translation for the cycling "Giro d'Italia" either "The Tour of Italy" or to leave it in Italian. So if you want to keep the cycling connection, this will do the trick. I would advise the translation as most easily understood because of the connection with the more easily understood "tour de France".
