Will
The Trustee shall hold my residuary estate for my wife XXX and my two children YYY and ZZZ in equal shares.
Does this HOLD mean that the Trustee will actually divide and give the residual property to wife and children? I believe so, as it is a simple will (the trustee in this case is the wife herself) and not a case of a public trustee for minor/disabled persons.
It later says "in the event of my wife does not survive me my trustee shall hold my estate for my said two children in equal shares".
Has anybody already seen HOLD used in this way?

conservare

hold in the trustees name
I'm thinking that the children are under 18 and that the trustee holds the estate (has the estate in his/her name) until the children are of age, when the estate becomes theirs.

- un trasferimento di proprietà;
