2. Στις περιπτώσεις όπου ο καθαρισμός σχετίζεται με εύρυθμη λειτουργία τους (Νοσοκομεία, XXX, ZZZ, και συγκεκριμένους πελάτες όπου το προσωπικό μας είναι ενσωματωμένο σε άλλες Εταιρείες), επικοινωνούμε με την εταιρεία και αποκτάμε κοινή πρακτική και οδηγίες, κατά το προηγούμενο των εκτάκτων περιστατικών.
3. Σε περιπτώσεις όπου απαιτείται ειδική προσπάθεια σε ειδικό χώρο (μετακίνηση προσώπων ή και πραγμάτων) κινητοποιούμε προσωπικό από άλλες ελαφρές εργασίες (καθαρισμούς γραφείων, κλπ) και τους κατευθύνουμε με ταξί, αυτοκίνητα εποπτών και ΒΑΝ κινητού συνεργείου στους χώρους με το οξυμένο πρόβλημα.
4. Στους χώρους με το ειδικό πρόβλημα επικεντρώνουμε την προσοχή στην μορφή που ο κίνδυνος έχει λάβει στον συγκεκριμένο χώρο σε συνεργασία με την Διοίκηση του Οργανισμού / Εταιρείας κλπ, και ακολουθούμε συμφωνημένο και συγκεκριμένο σχέδιο δράσης πάντα μέσα από τον διαπιστευμένο για αυτό το λόγο υπάλληλο του πελάτη.
5. Η συνεχής ενημέρωση από τα μέσα επικοινωνίας είναι ο οδηγός της Εταιρείας*** μέχρις λήξεως του σχετικού συναγερμού***.
