Beach in the place center

I am translating picture captions for a future accommodation website. I don't have the pictures, only the captions in English. The issue is the website owner is from Croatia and some of his sentences are not exactly grammatically correct. I think there might be a mistake in this one too.
The pictures describe the house, the garden and the beaches around.
How would you translate that?

Hélène is right, the only way to be sure is to check with the client.
However, my instinct is that they are referring to some beach that is located right in the heart of the 'place' (whatever that may be (city / town : village / etc.), rather than ones that are merely nearby.

Comment: "Thanks for the help. I'll ask to see the pictures and to get a clarification. I live the "beach in the heart of the resort" though, it makes a lot more sense."
