This company is going to upgrade their solar cell production capacity. As I understand it, their hybrid technology allows them to achieve a conversion efficiency of 12%. However, I do not understand what they're getting at with the phrase "全量を変換効率１２％ハイブリッド型とする."

Upon further studying the document I have decided that Cinefil is correct. The whole point of the upgrade was so that they could produce more of these hybrid cells, so what this part is saying is that the entire wattage provided by the upgrade will be used for hybrid cell production.

I tried to click on the link to respond to Cinefil, but it's not working right now. Anyway, I wanted to say that now I think Cinefil is correct and that it is referring to ハイブリッド型の生産. The whole thing is vaguely worded like this. I think some engineer in the company must have written it.

今回決定した100ＭＷ増強は - I think this refers to augmenting the power generation capacity by 100MW

その全量を変換効率12%ハイブリッド型とし - hybrid solar cells with 12% conversion efficiency will be used to generate 100MW of additional power

Company will use this new facility as a demonstration plant and work towards strengthening its capabilities in this field.....

I am not sure but this is the way I understood this sentence.

Their product is the hybrid solar cells, so I think they are using the additional MW to produce the hybrid solar cells...I'm not sure, though.
