I think pro se could make sense. Another document (report of Dissolution of Marriage) shows that the respondent came without a lawyer... what do you think? By the way: what is an uncontested hearing??? Thanks a lot

after some googling, I'm leaning towards "pro se notice", would that make sense? Not sure about the rendering in German, I'm afraid
