FWIW There are a couple of firms in the UK named Clearway (maybe more; I can only go by what google turns up). If the person concerned is an employee of such a firm, this might be an internal access number. Or perhaps it is a paging number for a paging service with the trade name 'Clearway' (although I don't see any evidence of this on the google hits).

At the moment, I have to say it means nothing. One thing that might be of use to others: is the text that follows "clearway" numeric or alphabetic?
