3種類の結合剤へのリン酸の吸着はないことを127~1130mg-PO4/l KH2PO4溶液50mlに造粒したAHG 0.1gを添加し,25℃で15h振とう後,ろ液のリン酸濃度を測定し,初濃度と平衡濃度の差から吸着量を算出した。
ここの「ないことを」の意味がよく分かりません。
説明してお願いします。

The Japanese sentence is not complete and I understand your confusion. It should be something like 「吸着はないことを確認するため、27~1130mg...」
The meaning is "In order to confirm the absence of adsorption of phosphate on the three types of binding agents..."
