texy from Spain, not sure if I'm just tired after a hard day, but I can't seem to get the meaning of this phrase in the context - am I missing something? Here's the context and TIA!

Discussion
A. something missing (noun+que+comma between 'unos' and 'unido'?) or
B. lost in editing (repetition of "nos han permitido alcanzar" bad style or editing mishap?). If possible, I'd ask the client.
