Según lo conversado y acordado por nuestra compañía, en lo concerniente a la compra de acciones de XXX, hemos generado una carta de navegación. En ella hacemos mención de lo que ha ocurrido durante el periodo de negociación previa y generamos una pauta de trabajo, en las cuales se consideran aspectos tales; como el tiempo, figuras jurídicas y las formas de cómo acceder a las acciones de XXX, con diferentes anexos que acompañan a lo principal de ésta."
