Un reporte en árbol, o reporte tipo arbol tiene usa estructura como de subdirectorios. El reporte comienza en un punto denominado raiz, desde el cual en cada punto se abren diversas opciones como una estructura de subdirectorios anidados.

Creo que un poquito más de contexto sería útil, pero normalmente ese tipo de informes (Diagrama de Informe) es un gráfico, y el término Tree no se suele traducir como árbol en este caso.
