Ich mag dich so ganz und gar nicht

All translations above are absolutely correct. However, the English version draws it's poignancy from the unconventional and unexpected deviation from the standard 'I really like you' phrase.
If you'd want to mimic this quality in German, you might need an equally 'onorthodox' wording with a twist.

Ich kann dich überhaupt nicht ausstehen

"ausstehen" is slightly stronger than "leiden", and also more colloquial. It depends who you are talking to.
