It's very improbable that in english speaking country these services are provided by some police unit or similar.
Apparently the consulate general in Philadelphia judged the thing to be untranslatable:

In the UK at least, the term "public mortuary services" is official.

police mortuary
would be a mortuary managed by the police. A "public mortuary" would be managed by other civil authorities. In US English "morgue" would be the most common word especially for the police. But its my impression that even in US English "mortuary" is considered to be a less sensational word.

police service for accompanying funeral processions
the Italian text refers to minor services. With a funeral procession, there are often police at front and back, to help keep the line of cars from being split up by other traffic. plus the police sometimes stop other traffic to let the procession go by.
