Wakeup des VTS
Das VTS besitzt mehrere weckfähige Eingänge für die VTS, E-Call und Panic Button Funktionalitäten siehe auch
Übersicht 2.3.4.1 Ein-/Ausgänge.
Erkennt das VTS eine entsprechende Pegeländerung an einen der weckfähigen Eingänge so aktiviert es die entsprechende Funktionalität. Wird kein Alarmevent als gültig erkannt so geht das VTS sofort wieder in den Ruhezustand.

IMO 'weckfähiger Eingang' means that the input can be used to wake the device from sleep mode (and not that the input itself can be awakened).
