It's a stage in the communication plan to close a factory in South America. These 'monographs' take the form of bulletins that go out internally and externally to explain the reasons for the closure.
I thought of something like 'articles presenting arguments', but I'm sure someone can suggest something better! 'Monographs' sounds so wrong, so 'literal', although in other contexts it might be appropiate.

Comment: "Difficult to choose as always but I like Marina's first answer because it leaves the physical format (leaflet, sheet etc) fairly open. It's a 'flexible' answer. As for 'supplement' I'd probably avoid it because it's more specific and may not mean that in other countries. Thanks to all of you!"

: I don't think you can be sure it is in leaflet form. It may be letter, a poster, an email, etc.
