English to Spanish Bus/Financial Real Estate

The term is the name of a Real Estate company's division 'Development Marketing'; it's also part of a title 'Director of Development marketing'; and it's part of the name of a law 'Real Estate Development Marketing Act'. The text will be read in the United States.

I was thinking of using 'proyectos (inmobiliarios)' for 'development' but I don't know how to introduce 'marketing' in that. 'Mercadotécnnia/marqueteo de proyectos' are horrible options, 'comercialización' is not accurate, 'marketing' is used in Spanish but I'm not too sure about the term.
